- Ground Conditions: Flat, accessible, and stable ground preferred (gravel, dirt, pavement)
- Access Width: Minimum 10′ clearance for trailer and vehicle access
- No Power or Hookups Needed: All trailers operate independently unless otherwise specified
- Security: Locking systems included, but fencing or additional security recommended on high-risk sites
